Keystone XL Pipeline Updates
Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 1:49PM The bill that was signed into law which temporarily extended the payroll tax cut included a Republican-written provision compelling the President to make a speedy decision on whether to build the pipeline. Below are two articles that address that decision. Based on Nebraska legislation, the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality released a map and news release identifying the Sandhills region where the pipeline will not be allowed.
