Texas: Expansion Project on U.S. Highway 87 North of Dalhart Complete

Ribbon Cutting for the completion of the 4 lane expansion project on US Highway 87 North of Dalhart, TX. Event held July 10, 2012. Several local elected officials, representatives from the Ports to Plains Alliance, SPIRIT54 and TXDOT were on hand to help celebrate.
